In this detailed profile, we will delve into the strain’s genetics, flavor, effects, cultivation, and overall user experiences to provide a well-rounded perspective.

Genetics and Background

Twista is a hybrid strain, combining genetics from both indica and sativa parent strains. While its exact lineage can sometimes be unclear due to the proliferation of cannabis strains, it is commonly believed to be a cross between the renowned Gorilla Glue and Runtz strains. This lineage plays a crucial role in shaping Twista’s characteristic effects and flavor profile.

The Parent Strains

1. Gorilla Glue #4: This famous strain is known for its potency and robust flavor. Often testing upwards of 30% THC, Gorilla Glue is a dominant hybrid that provides relaxing effects and a euphoric high.

2. Runtz: A popular strain in its own right, Runtz is known for its sweet, candy-like aroma. With its balanced effects, Runtz has shown to create a joyful and uplifting experience.

The blending of these two strains helps to create a unique hybrid that captures the best qualities of both parent strains.
